Printing Spreadsheets

I produced this exercise because so many people are disappointed with the appearance of their spreadsheets when they try to print them onto paper. This is a simple exercise which helps you make sure that the printer produces the spreadsheet the way you want it to look.

To download the instructions, click any of the following links. You are welcome to use these resources for your own use or for teaching. Feel free to adapt and update them.

Printing Spreadsheets.doc  (slow download, but simplest - need MS Word)
Printing Spreadsheets.pdf   (universally accessible - requires Acrobat
                                          Reader)
Printing Spreadsheets.zip   (WinZip, Word & PDF files - fast download to
                                          your computer)

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader for the PDF files and
